These brows stayed on during a facial with chemical and physical exfoliant!! I have no eyebrows due to chemo and people are always complementing my eyebrows when I have these on. Takes a few tries to get them in the right place but once you get used to it it is life changing.

Didn't receive my order

I reached out to this business a week after not receiving my order to allow time for perhaps a misdelivery to be corrected. I don't have a mailroom or any building attendant to take or hold my package. The lobby is small unsecured location and anything left there would absolutely be stolen. However I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited to reach out for any particular situation that may have occurred. The package never arrived despite being marked as delivered in/at mailbox. My mailbox is usually full and can't hold much once full. So leaving it on the side of the mailbox is allowing it to be stolen. I reached and politely informed this company of the my issue as well as informed the reason for the purchase and they told me to do everything I informed them that I already did. Once I informed them of that communication stopped and has not resumed since. I asked for a replacement of my order and was denied and disregarded. Poor 1st and last experience. Why would I order a 3 pack cancel my subscription before "not receiving" my order if I just wanted to get a free order that's too much for me which is why I canceled my subscription before after receiving my shipping confirmation email. Thank you Baldie bean for a terrible 1st experience while dealing with something very personal and needed the eyebrows to help feel better about. Thank you for taking that away from me.

If you would have asked me a year ago, I would have giving a 5 stars but lately they don’t reply to emails, they have been out of stock of brows and have changed the packs for multiple sizes on one pack. These brows were my favorite and stayed on well. Wish whatever is going on with the company would get fixed.

I'm very new to wearing wigs even though I've been bald for 6 years. I decided to pull the trigger and finally order a decent one since I love and have been following Chloe for quite sometime now. The Hattie wig did not disappoint!! The quality is amazing and I really feel like I can go out wearing it vs wearing other cheap wigs I've gotten. I'm so happy with it!
