The brows are great but customer service is close to being non existent. I ordered two separate orders of brows. The second pair I ordered, I accidentally ordered black instead of brown. I’ve been ordering brown for a few years now, never ordered black. I immediately reached out to them to explain what I had done, figuring there was enough time, because they usually take 6 days to be shipped out. They contacted me and said they are the right color, they are brown. I responded to say, the second pair ordered a few minutes later are black. I did not hear back. I emailed them a few times after that, confirming they had received my email. Six days after my order they went to the shipping company and 24 hours after that, they were shipped out. The black ones are heading my way. This is not the service I would expect from a company I’ve been using for a few years. Thanks for nothing Baldie Bean
These are a good option for a more natural look. It took me 4 attempts to get them to look good/ fit the shape of my face. I did trim them up some. I also added brown powder on top to give them a more finished look.
I reallyyyy wanted to like these so bad! They’re very easy to put on and I think they look great! But they barely lasted 24 hrs, maybe less and the product was said to last way longer. I have really oily skin snd they became patchy even with a little water. My eyebrows are shaved so I thought that would help keep them on. Sadly not. Also they don’t line up exactly where my brow bone is so that was also a bummer.
