To be eligible for a refund, reach out to our team within 7 days of receiving your wig, ensuring the tags remain intact and the wig remains in its original, unused, and unwashed condition. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're dedicated to ensuring you receive the utmost value from our service.

The 5X5 closure is a square-shaped lace piece that covers 5 inches by 5 inches across your forehead (temple-to-temple), creating a natural looking hairline with minimal effort. Perfect for beginners, it’s smaller size means less hairline space to handle, making styling seamless!

While we don't currently offer exchanges, we understand wanting to ensure you get the perfect wig. You can easily return your current item for a full refund by contacting us at wigs@baldiebean.com, and then place a new order for the correct size, color, style, etc.
