TOOK MY MONEY

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a wig from here which you all know is EXPENSIVE, as I’m paying for quality and real hair. I had been emailing customer service as it was taking a while to hear about my wig. Finally they sent me a confirmation picture of a wig that wasn’t mine. They said they would send me a picture of my correct wig and send it out by last week. Well here I am a week later, no picture and no response to any of my emails. Don’t bother ordering from here as you may not get your wig or your money back!

I'm here to tell all of you that these brows are amazing! If you are on the fence about buying any shape, don't! Just start off with the"Variety" and then pick what suits you best from there! . Do they even have customer service ?

The brows are great but customer service is close to being non existent. I ordered two separate orders of brows. The second pair I ordered, I accidentally ordered black instead of brown. I’ve been ordering brown for a few years now, never ordered black. I immediately reached out to them to explain what I had done, figuring there was enough time, because they usually take 6 days to be shipped out. They contacted me and said they are the right color, they are brown. I responded to say, the second pair ordered a few minutes later are black. I did not hear back. I emailed them a few times after that, confirming they had received my email. Six days after my order they went to the shipping company and 24 hours after that, they were shipped out. The black ones are heading my way. This is not the service I would expect from a company I’ve been using for a few years. Thanks for nothing Baldie Bean

Arched eyebrows in black

These are a good option for a more natural look. It took me 4 attempts to get them to look good/ fit the shape of my face. I did trim them up some. I also added brown powder on top to give them a more finished look.
