Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - asked for help multiple times. Finally answered by Chloe who left me on read after referring me to customer support and asking for a pic of the wig packing which wasn’t the problem.

Soap Brow/Black

I have used these brows for well over a year. I have zero eyebrows and these are a LIFE SAVER. I do shave mine just in case of peach fuzz because I do want the cleanest application. I cut them out individually I do not place them on as a set, because they end up being too close. I have read reviews where people say they are sticky mine have NEVER been sticky only if I sleep in them, then the next morning they will be. Your skin should be clean of any oils before applying. I remove mine every night with rubbing alcohol, and put a fresh pair on every morning.

Brown are RED

These brown brows are so red. It’s terrible.

Bad Brows

The brown eyebrows come out so red and look terrible.

Do not recommend

I think the only person these would work for (possibly) would be someone who shaved their brows completely and then used a concealer to cover any previous tattoo markings or someone without ANY hair. I have sparse brows with previous microblading. They don't work at all for me and I've tried on MULTIPLE occasions to make it work (cutting in half, whole, etc). And, the brown is red. You can ONLY get a refund if you send back any UPOPENED or UNUSED sheets. So, if you try each sheet you are SOL. :-(
They continued to shine and show the glue EVERY time and no amount of powder works.
