I recently lost all of my hair from alopecia. I have been wearing synthetic wigs waiting to purchase a human hair wig. I wanted to buy my first one from a person or company that I trust product wise. I previously bought some temporary eyebrow tattoos so I was into the idea of buying one from this website. This process has been pretty upsetting. I purchased Elle on September 4th. I did check the delivery dates in this website which said 7-10 business days but it says nothing about how long it would actually take to receive a wig from MyParfait (which is the company who actually makes the wigs.) So I bought the wig and received an email shortly that said you will get an email when it is shipped. I patiently waited about a month and still haven’t received any communication on the process, so I reached out to Baldie Bean customer service, who forwarded my email to MyParfait. They got back to me a few days later and said there were delays in making the color correctly but it will be overnighted October 4th. October 4th came and went, I didn’t receive any communication email or tracking number. So again I reached out and they responded and apologized and said they are sending it out by the 8th. The 8th came and went and still nothing. I emailed once again and said I am ready to cancel my order. They responded saying “Oh actually we just sent you your wig! Sorry again” I got my package yesterday and was so excited. I opened the box and laughed out loud. The color is no where near the description, Elle said it was a honey brown and the wig I got is so light it’s almost blonde or maybe even red. I did enjoy the way it fit and honestly I feel like it would be too much of a hassle to return it so I am keeping it, I needed a wig for everyday wear so this will do. But I’m not buying a wig from here again.

So I ordered the arched three pack and black and when I got my package, they were all three in brown.
