I recently lost all of my hair from alopecia. I have been wearing synthetic wigs waiting to purchase a human hair wig. I wanted to buy my first one from a person or company that I trust product wise. I previously bought some temporary eyebrow tattoos so I was into the idea of buying one from this website. This process has been pretty upsetting. I purchased Elle on September 4th. I did check the delivery dates in this website which said 7-10 business days but it says nothing about how long it would actually take to receive a wig from MyParfait (which is the company who actually makes the wigs.) So I bought the wig and received an email shortly that said you will get an email when it is shipped. I patiently waited about a month and still haven’t received any communication on the process, so I reached out to Baldie Bean customer service, who forwarded my email to MyParfait. They got back to me a few days later and said there were delays in making the color correctly but it will be overnighted October 4th. October 4th came and went, I didn’t receive any communication email or tracking number. So again I reached out and they responded and apologized and said they are sending it out by the 8th. The 8th came and went and still nothing. I emailed once again and said I am ready to cancel my order. They responded saying “Oh actually we just sent you your wig! Sorry again” I got my package yesterday and was so excited. I opened the box and laughed out loud. The color is no where near the description, Elle said it was a honey brown and the wig I got is so light it’s almost blonde or maybe even red. I did enjoy the way it fit and honestly I feel like it would be too much of a hassle to return it so I am keeping it, I needed a wig for everyday wear so this will do. But I’m not buying a wig from here again.

So I ordered the arched three pack and black and when I got my package, they were all three in brown.

I really wanted to like these. I got some from another company before trying these, and the others are so much better. I'm going through chemo and have lost all of my brows. Every hair, so they did go on okay. I saw these ads and loved the concept of this company and was excited to support it, but they just don't work. They went on well and lasted the day IF I didn't touch them. If I sweat or got my face wet at all it was 50/50 if they would stay on or get kind of blotchy looking, or just completely come off. If you TOUCH them when you sweat, or swim they're for sure getting really blotchy. The other brand is honestly the same way so that wasn't the deal breaker. The 1 star review comes from the shape and color. The shape was awful, and looked nothing like the pictures. I got the arched look and the "base" (by your nose) is almost completely straight until the little arch. It looks really weird. The hair strokes also don't blend at all where it arches so it looks really fake. You can see the comparison in the photo. Top pic is Baldie Bean, bottom is another brand. I ordered the same (arched and brown) from both companies. You can see how straight they are in comparison, and the red undertones. Sad these didn't work out, and sad I wasted more money.
