Thank you Chloe for creating these incredible eyebrows! After watching your videos online, I bought the semi-permanent eyebrow tattoos in anticipation of my hair loss due to chemotherapy. Navigating the physical changes and losses that occur due to the treatment has been made easier with your products.

I bought and used four different styles, including, soft yet shapely (hybrid), natural, feathered, and arched. The eyebrows are super easy to apply and even easier to remove. I’m able to wear a pair for a minimum of three days and a maximum of eight days. The detail in the design is phenomenal and the product looks so real. This is a game changer!

I recently lost all of my hair from alopecia. I have been wearing synthetic wigs waiting to purchase a human hair wig. I wanted to buy my first one from a person or company that I trust product wise. I previously bought some temporary eyebrow tattoos so I was into the idea of buying one from this website. This process has been pretty upsetting. I purchased Elle on September 4th. I did check the delivery dates in this website which said 7-10 business days but it says nothing about how long it would actually take to receive a wig from MyParfait (which is the company who actually makes the wigs.) So I bought the wig and received an email shortly that said you will get an email when it is shipped. I patiently waited about a month and still haven’t received any communication on the process, so I reached out to Baldie Bean customer service, who forwarded my email to MyParfait. They got back to me a few days later and said there were delays in making the color correctly but it will be overnighted October 4th. October 4th came and went, I didn’t receive any communication email or tracking number. So again I reached out and they responded and apologized and said they are sending it out by the 8th. The 8th came and went and still nothing. I emailed once again and said I am ready to cancel my order. They responded saying “Oh actually we just sent you your wig! Sorry again” I got my package yesterday and was so excited. I opened the box and laughed out loud. The color is no where near the description, Elle said it was a honey brown and the wig I got is so light it’s almost blonde or maybe even red. I did enjoy the way it fit and honestly I feel like it would be too much of a hassle to return it so I am keeping it, I needed a wig for everyday wear so this will do. But I’m not buying a wig from here again.

Wrong color (3pack)

So I ordered the arched three pack and black and when I got my package, they were all three in brown.
